1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Regions & Rates
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states.
Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders.
No minimum order value is required to receive free shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Domestic delivery within the United States usually takes 5 to 8 business days with Economy shipping after your order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
We cannot ship to certain restricted addresses where carrier delivery is unavailable.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Anume Naturals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Anume Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and carrier status.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution, if eligible.
7. Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Anume Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed over for delivery.
